Jon has been an IT industry professional for 14 years. He specializes in Windows based desktop systems and servers.

Jon has lived in New Hampshire for five years, after moving from his native state of Maryland to support his wife, who is pursuing a doctorate at UNH. After working in the New Hampshire IT service industry for several years, Jon realized there was a need for community oriented IT services for small business, especially near his new home in Epping. From this realization, Red-Tail IT Services was born. When working with Jon, clients get individual attention and direct response to questions and solution requests. Currently a sole-proprietor, Jon plans to engage new technicians in the future as Red-Tail grows.
